    Rates & Term Overview

    Project requirements determine your rate, which may be charged per project or hourly. Estimates are calculated on a case-by-case basis with final payment being due upon delivery of completed project. Hourly rates start as low as $20.00 dollars (US) per hour and are billed in 15-minute increments. Hourly rates do not apply to notarial acts, process serving, loan signings or product specific purchases.

    Signed agreements and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the quoted invoice price is required to initiate work. Mini-retainer contracts, which include ten hours of support per month, are available for businesses needing ongoing support. Rush orders and poor quality/illegible materials may be subject to an additional fee of up to 25% of total invoice. All estimates are made in good faith with final invoice based on actual project requirements. Differences greater than 20% are discussed with the client prior to completion of work.     Projects are transmitted based upon requirements and deadlines. We use email, fax, CDRW, floppy disk, USPS, Airborne, UPS and local couriers. Free pick-up and delivery is available locally. Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client.

    New clients will receive a one-time 20% discount on their initial order which is deducted at project completion. Refer a friend who makes a purchase and you will receive a 10% discount on your next purchase. Seniors enjoy an additional 5% discount every time you make a purchase.
